I have a Panasonic TC-21S10M2 which is producing a high pitched sound but without any picture coming out.I have changed the BU508 transistor but it is now no longer switching off with the high pitched sound still continuing , if you now try switching it off ,it is no longer switching off ,you can only switch it off by directly switching off the plug.Any technical advice is welcome.
