Panasonic TH45PX80U	Can't Post

Hello, my TV stopped working the other day and now I only get the power light which flashes 8 times and then stops for 2 sec and then repeats. Google gives two answers. 1 the power supply and 2 the SS board. Any idea what the 8 flashes mean?
