Panasonic TX-36PB50 Update Can't Post

Removed main PCB’s from chassis to check components and for

Dry joints, now on kitchen table (wife not to amused).

Followed mains feed checking filters, rectifiers etc with

DMM all seem OK up to Hot/Cold transformer one of the power

Diodes on the secondary has a reading of 21ohms in both directions

But this circuit also contains several resistors and capacitors, withoutcircuit diagram not sure if this is correct.

Probably the B+ rectifier, chances are its OK as its not dead short. Without a diagram you have to rely on your thought processes, to get 20 odd ohms its going through something, I would suspect the flyback transformer and shorting through the output transistor. That should have been your first test anyways.
