Philips 32PW6005/05 Can't Post

Hi i'm having a problem with my grandfathers philips. I thinks he's put some sort of lock on the tv. The remote works when buttons are pressed the red light flashes on the tv so its recieving the signal. I've tryed numerous possible button combinations. Theres a F in a blue box in the top right of the screen and think its indicting its locked. I know its an old set but any help on how to get the remote working again would be appreciated.
Cheers.

There is a sequence to go through if its locked and you dont know the password, look up the instruction book. if you lost it its free just post your model on google its there and your data is page 8 site http://www.usersmanualguide.com/...-32_inch/32pw6005_05. If that dont cure it, these things did all sorts with painter chips and thats a costly fix.
