Philips 32" Dead	Can't Post

Hi, This is my first post, my problem is with a philips TS3258-C101
The green light clicking on and off....checked Voltage on H/V ON OUTPU Transistor < about 130 V ...if any one can help , thanks

I checked the board for C2618 , but no caps there. i saw the location. this model is TS3258 C101.
