Philips 49PFL4609F7 Can't Post

HI
NEW IN THIS FORUM.

I HOPE SOMEBODY CAN HELP WITH THIS CASE.

I HAVE A PHILIPS LED TV WITH POWER PROBLEM.
THE UNIT DOESN'T TURN ON.
I FOLLOW THE IDEAS FROM ANOTHER FORUM ABOUT HOW FORCE TO TURN ON THE POWER SUPPLY WITHOUT MAINBOARD CONNECTED.

BUT FIRST LET ME EXPLAIN SOMETHING.
AS SOON I OPEN THIS TV, I NOTICED VOLTAGES ON METAL RAILS ALONG POWER SUPPLY HAS LOW VOLTAGES.
AFTER FORCE TO TURN ON THE TV (SHORT P_ON WITH 3.3V WITH 1K RESISTOR) THE TV TURN ON WITHOUT BACKLIGHT.
I FORCE SAME TIME TO TURN ON BACKLIGHT WITH 3.3V AND B_SW
BUT STILL NO BACKLIGHT.

TODAY, I TRY TO RECHECK THE BACKLIGHT SWITCH BUT I NOTICED THAT THE VOLTAGES AROUND POWER SUPPLY ARE VERY LOW, NO EVEN 1V.

MY QUESTION IS
DO I SCREW THE POWER SUPPLY SHORTED P_ON AND 3.3V??
WHAT DO I HAVE LOW VOLTAGES?
I DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT I DID IT WRONG.

With everything reconnected and secured, follow the troubleshooting flow charts until the light bulb over your head lights. You will then have a 'clue.'
