Philips TV model 36PT41 chassis 36H800. TV has hard start up problem. Sometimes TV comes on with no problem, other times wont come on at all. When tv does come on it sometimes has a screen door affect with no color. Other times it has a great picture. Could the "small signal board" be the culprit. We heard this board can cause alot of problems. If not what are we over-looking. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.
