Phillips 32k800 ts3260 Can't Post

Hi

My problem is that when i turn this set on the relay clicks a couple of times and then nothing. I checked the 10 ohm resister on the pic tube and that tok. They only other thing i can tell is that there is a cap next to the relay that is clicking that is getting way to HOT. Its a disc cap...but I cant tell what the value is but its in the 3503 spot and has a 100 and then something with a cirlce around it that i cant read, then a 00.

Could that cap just be shorted?

Thank you

Matt

Sorry to dissapoint but that is not a capacitor Philips nomenclature is 3 is a resistor, 2 is a capacitor etc so what you have is a PTC in the degauss doing exactly what a PTC does.
