Phillips 60" Projection	Can't Post

I went to turn it on this morning and the red power light comes on, but the tv just makes a click click click click noise and won't turn on. The tv is a little over a year old. I do not know how to change the fuse, nor know where it is at. I am currently looking for the model number.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if it's clicking it's not the fuse

I turned it on, and it turned on instead of clicking. I guess it took 2 minutes of being unplugged to reset.
