Phillips Magnavox parts Can't Post

Wondering if someone can help me out.

We have a tv the my wife pulled the cable jack out of the back of the TV.
I work at a hotel and have had this happen in the past. I've tried before to solder the jack back on but can never get the jack to stick to the metal cover.

I'm assuming the correct way is to replace the whole cable assembly. (dont know what it's called. Small Silver box)
Does anyone have the correct part number for this? Also a place to order?

Tube style TV
Tv Model number: 25TS56 C121
Tv Serial Number: 27363435

Any help you can give please let me know.
Joe.

Thanks..

This one might be harder.
I'm looking for the power button. The black plastic button.

I think it was like 6 month after we bought this TV new (years ago) the button cracked off and is sitting inside the TV. I've looked at it and the button piece unscrews.

Can't locate it.. Not a huge deal as we used the remote for years. Just nice some times when you can't find the remote. Wink

Google this: 313912426443 Most say discontinued, but a few give prices. I don't have time to query them.

If you have all pieces, what about gluing or melting together?

Re: [jts1957] Phillips Magnavox parts [In reply to] Can't Post

WHile I had the TV apart, there are two "arms" that hold the buttons in. One was missing completely, I tried to epoxy a new plastic piece on, It lasted 2 button presses and broke off. I guess it's not that big of a deal. It's been like that since we bought it new so we're used to it.

But hey, I ordered the tuner it came in awhile ago, I just didn't get around to putting it in.. Tonight I desoldered the old tuner. Put in the new one tonight. Fired it up and the picture is nice and clear..

Great price for fixing the tv.
Thanks.
Joe
