my phillis tv model # pa5027 c203
chassis model # 27v524-00aa
the 2 problems i have with this tv is one i cant turn it off with the front panel buttons
and second the volume will only turn down half way front panel and remote
has anyone had this problem and if so did u get it fix and how
also on the back of the tv there is a jack looks like u can plug a phone cable in there
it says Smart Plug above the port
