Phillips Plasma Dead Can't Post

I have a Phillips model 42pf7220a/37 that died. It powers on, the LED on the front does NOT blink and it stays green. The only thing I see on the screen are blobs of red pixels that pulse on and off.

I took the back off and examined all of the boards and nothing looks fried to my naked eye. All of the capacitors look ok, nothing looks burnt. I put my ear next to the board on the right side of the TV I can hear very faint clicking noises that is in sync with the red blobs on the screen pulsing on and off.

Simple fix? I repair radios on the side and have a lot of diagnostic equipment but TV's are a new animal to me.

Thanks for any pointers!
