Phillips picture problem Can't Post

I'm having a problem with my Phillips 32" TV. I apologize, but I don't have the exact model number. It's approximately 3 years old and has a built in DVD player. I believe it was call a Real Flat TV. It does in fact a have standard picture tube (about 100lbs).

My problem is this. The picture started acting funny several days ago. The best way to describe it is this way. The picture distorts and grows beyond the boundaries of the screen. In other words, not seeing the entire picture. It fades in and out in the manner, going back and forth, almost zooming. When in does 'zoom', the screen becomes somewhat fuzzy and the colors seem to have a greenish cast. It does using all AV inputs including an XBox connected throught the front AV jack.

I'm wondering if this is repairable, or should I say an affordable repair?
