Picture Flashing	Can't Post

I have a Samsung TXS3079WHX/XAA, The picture Flashes most of the time, sometimes it will hold. It turns on and off ok, the volume is fine.

Flashes in what way?

A pulsing picture or video dropping entirely?

Do you hear any high voltage pulsing from the back?

Check the B+ voltage and see if it is pulsing.

You'll have to measure that on the bottom of the main pcb. Look for a large filter capacitor. Read the voltage across that (probably in the neighborhood of 150 vdc).
