Pinchusion problem?

I've worked on electronics for about 10 years.Never ran into many pinchusion problems and not sure if that's what I have now.It happens to be a monitor,but I think basic principles are same.Sides are straight.Problem is top.It has full height on sides,but dips in alittle in center top of screen.Any help on this would be gratefull.Thanks.
also looked on net for diagrams of basic circuit to brushup and learn alittle,but found none.
