Prima Q2716 CRT	Can't Post

Can anyone PLEASE help me. I have a 2 year old TV that has gone funky. The picure flashes...is pushed in on the sides...and when I try to access thge set-up menu...it's all chinese characters. Is there a way to fix this without going to a repair shop...the company support tells me it needs to be reprogrammed by a technician...careful...I'm a rookie!!

You can not fix this. Ask before you take your TV to be fixed if they can do the job, and cost. You need data and knowhow, without that no one will fix that.
