Problems with Hotel-Mode Can't Post

Hallo everybody,

i work for a companioned hotelier and my task is to ensure the quality of his TVs.
Guests often overwrite or delete the channel-lists and i have to "repair" them by copying the channel list from a working TV and paste it to a non-working TV.
Therefore i open the Hotel-Mode and copy the data on a stick just to paste it.

My Problem is, that the original list doesnt work anymore, because some channels are not available at the places they used to be.
The first idea was to create a new channel-list, open the hotel-mode and copy-paste it as usual.
The copying-process seems to work well ("copying successfull"), but i cant paste the data on another TV.
After copying the TV turns off and on by itself, but after turning on a window pops up saying that the channel-list is empty.

Do you have any ideas how to implement the new created list into the hotel-mode system so i can copy-paste it as usual?

I am thankful for any ideas!

Best regards,
Marvin

The models are different Orion devices with different sizes from different years that arent produced anymore. They all work with the same hotel mode.
The source is a usual german cable tv system.

These informations are the only ones i got at the moment.
Do they help you?

Thanks for your reply!

Hard to do research with limited parameters.
Model numbers should allow access to instructions regardless whether a commercial or consumer unit.
