Help, please. I have a proscan model ps52662, chasis #ptk178j2b that won't power up. The HV splitter has been replaced, as has the HOT. The set continually cycles power, and video comes on and goes off at the same rate. Any suggestions as to how I can repair this myself? Thanks in advance.
