I was just given a 36F530T chassis number ATC113CE3 that just stopped working. I have not had time to check it out yet but this is what it does. It will not power up. Plugging the cord in has a pretty good arc at the wall socket and the TV buzzes, not a whine like others have discribed. It does not sound like an arc and the sound is continuous, it does not cycle. Looking in the air vents I don't see any arcing. This weekend I will check the HOT and associated solder joints. Any hints to what may be wrong would be appreciated. Thanks for any help.
