I am an electrical engineer and design Mobile Electronics Products. I have an RCA F35317 Color TV which has been Repaired once, about a year ago. It had a problem with the power supply. Recently it lost the picture and sound and when turned on it has a pitch of about 300 Hz( Maybe Microphonic ). Can anybody give me some guidance as to what it may be and if there is a source for the service manuals..... I can probably repair it myself with a little guidance...
