RCA P52755BA convergence

i got an RCA P52755BA tv yesterday. it was already used though but it worked great and looked awesome. It was fine last night then i turned it on this morning.. There was a ghostly blue outline around lots of the pictures on the tv and some of it was doubled. I went to MENU>SCREEN>ADJUST PROJECTION TV or something like that and it said red and blue.
i clicked blue and made it so the plus was in the middle. then the outline became red. i tried to fix the red the same way but i have to go up (during the plus sign thing) and it only goes right or left. I cant get the red to move up or down, only left or right and i need it up. I hope i made some sense.
