I am having trouble getting my RCA model F32645 TV to receive more than 12 cable channels. The instruction book says to select Cable signal in setup. But the choice does not appear in the setup. Another place in book it says it won't appear when Guide Plus is on. I can't figure a way to turn off the Guide Plus. I unplugged it over night thinking that might resolve the problem. But it didn't.
