RCA TV Problem	Can't Post

I have an RCA TV Model #F31222SB that has a horizontal line across the screen. Ireplaced the vertical output transistors but nothing has changed. Any ideas?

Jeremy: 1st look for poor connections off yoke plug and test point E4502. 2nd look for trace damage to bottom side off PC board from vert ht control.

Check and repair Vcc(in Vert,circuit) from flyback transformer,it usually should be around 24-30 v dc.
