RCA model F32650

Hi last night on the 2 year anniversary of purchasing this RCA model F32650 TV, the picture started closing in from the top and bottom with large black bands mostly at the bottom. Also a lighter shaded shadow comes across at the top. Sound is fine. Picture driving me nuts. Any suggestions? I emailed RCA but nothing back yet.
