Having a problem with the vertical hold - can anyone telll me where I would find the vertical adjustment. Also, is there any site where I can get a free download of a manual for this unit

The picture will not hold steady .... the image is fluttering from side to side uncontrollable. Occasionallly, the picture willl "right" itself but then it goes back to fluttering (when this is happpening, the picture appears to be in black and white).
