hi,
i am having trouble with my rca tv model f35317.
the first problem was a crackling noise when i turned it on. than i turned it off and waited a bit and
tried to turn it on again. now when i try to turn it on it sounds like a tazzer or shocker people use
for self defense . smell of electric discharge also . no picture or sound of course.
this tv is only a few years old 2 to 3 years . i am planning to call a tv repair pro next week ,
i just would like to know what im dealing with and maybe a price est. on what a pro is going to
charge .
any help would be greatly appreciated.
