RCA no sound	Can't Post

i am haveing trouble with my TV i cant here any sound but static and nothing else dose any one have a idea what i can do to fix this

Does your TV have left & right audio outputs? If so, test these using an amplifier. If you get sound from these, the amplifier in the TV could be dead. Check for dry joints on the board around the chips (carefull not to over heat these if resoldering them), and around the yoke to the speakers.
