Resistor help Can't Post

I need to replace this resistor but don't know what to replace it with. When I test the other similar resistors next to it on my DVM I get 2.5 ohms, can anyone suggest where and what to get?

Thanks

Thanks for your help.

I have the resistor here and it's hard to tell the color but believe it's: Brown, Black, Black, Gold.

I went to Radio Shack and they gave me a 1watt, 5% tolerance, 100-Ohm with colors Brown, Black, Brown, Gold.
What would happen if I use it and it's not the same as what came off?

Correction on my earlier post: 1 ohm (not .1)

brown - black - black - gold = TEN ohm 5% !Frown

Think of ohms as dollars - one, ten, one hundred - bit of a difference!Cool
