Samsumng CT 7772BP	Can't Post

I can not tune correctly the channels but when I select one it frezee in this position but the number changes. What could be the problem. Not all the channnels can be tuned.

It could be a tuner, eeprom or supply voltages to tuner. It will be best to bite the bullet and call a pro!
