Samsung HCM5525W convergence

Hi, it looks like I've got the Samsung convergence issue I'm reading about. I have model HCM5525W. It looks like the color blue is messed up. See the attached photo for what it looks like. The perfect focus seems to work except for blue.
For you experts, does this look like something that needs a board replaced? If so, which one and is it something fairly easy to do? I'm comfortable doing PC repairs so if it's just swapping a board that shouldn't be bad.
