Samsung HL-S5687W problem	Can't Post

Hello all. I'm new to the forum and not great with TV's, but hoping someone can help me with a little problem. I have an old Samsung HL-S5687W, 56" DLP TV. I have a new replacement bulb for it, but when I looked inside I realized that the two connectors that connect the bulb housing to the TV are pretty messed up. In fact one is completely broken. I've taken a picture of the part in question, but I can't figure out how to post a picture here... Does anyone know what this part is called and where I can get one, and also how easy it would be to repair/replace? I've searched the forum and looked online for the part, but can't find any info. It's an old TV but I love the picture, and it's great for the kids video games :-)

That's a two-pin, high voltage connector meant for connecting a bulb to the ballast. ANY similar connector and matching plug from a recycling center TV that you can make work, or even 'hard-wiring' existing wires together (properly soldered and insulated) so they won't arc.

Hey, one more quick question. Is it possible to just buy the connectors, and where could I find them? I've only been able to find the entire ballast board online but I just need the connectors. Could someone send me a link to a similar connector on eBay or something? I'm not great with this kind of thing, so apologies if this is a stupid question! Thanks for all your help!

The main problems will be finding them "In Stock" and in small quantity.

Part vendors in their infinite wisdom usually only make/supply a item for a limited time. And/Or are only willing to provide them in large quantities.

Manufacturers obtain needed quantities for the products they are manufacturing (Bulb assemblies & Ballast boards - with matching connector/plug pieces).
