Samsung LCD Replacement	Can't Post

Hello. I recently just got a 46" LCD tv with a crack screen hoping I might be able to repair it. The model number on the screen is LTA460HF03. I was wondering if I need an exact matching number on a replacement one for it to work or can there be some difference in the numbers.

yes you need the same part number

Even if it is off by one?
I found one with the number LTA460-HF05.
But mine is LTA460HF03.

Would this still not work?

part numbers are as they are for a reason,generally known only to manufacturers. I personally would not waste my time changing screens or any other parts which do not have the same number. Samsung technical may be able to help if you can find anyone who knows what they are talking about
