Samsung PCJ614rf problems

We have a Samsung PCJ614rf TV. It stopped working when we were watching it. No image, no sound. It does no respond to remote. If I unplug and plug the power cord again, the red LED in the front stays on. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
