Samsung TX-P2775H problem Can't Post

Hi,
I have 2004 lightly used Samsung 27 inch hi-def tv which has developed a problem. When plugged in the tv starts clicking - no image on the screen, slight clicking sound through the speakers and a clicking sound from within the shielded circuit board on the main board. I have already re-soldered most of the joints on the PSU and those around the line output transformer. The high tension voltage going to the screen is present. I feel I may still have a bad joint issue or one of the voltages from the PSU is not present.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem with this model or does anyone access to a service manual? I have been unable to source one.

Thank you in advance for your help.
