Samsung TXE2545	Can't Post

I have been working on a samsung TXE2545 25" TV that originally had no vertical just a line across the middle of the screen. Replaced IC301 and L301. Both of these parts were burnt. I now have a good picture except the top of the picture does not quite span to the top of the screen and also has a bunch of horizontal lines that are visable across the top half of the screen. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You need to also replace the electrolytic capacitors in the vertical circuit. Continuing to operate the set in this condition will just blow the vertical IC again. Also, take a look at www.FreeFlatScreens.com/default.aspx?referer=7509165 for a chance to earn a free replacement for a little effort on your part.

Do you happen to know which caps are in the vertical circuit?

Sorry, I checked thru my files and do not find any info on Samsungs.
