Samsung UE40d5520	Can't Post

Hi not sure if iam in the right place for this post please advise correct place if differant.
I have a Samsung UE40d 5520 TV that's being ok but all of a sudden the TV just goes off and on about every 30seconds the power light flashes as it goes off when it comes back on picture and sound ok. I did read that the capacitors could be a problem so purchased a second hand powerboard but sadly no differant could anybody assist or point me in the right direction ? Thanks Graham

Thanks for your Responce.
The TV just keeps cycling on and off continually but when it does come on in the 30sec period that its on display and audio ok
