TV has an open AC line fuse . checked caps ; power diodes & regulator . Put a 100 watt bulb in the fuse line ; the power relay pulses on & off when plugged in .

i believe you have a fly back transformer or a horz out put transistor or both bad.hope this helps 73.stan in fla
