Samsung le40m87bd Can't Post
When i turn the tv on it just plings and the screen stays black, if i leave it this way it does eventually come on, it's taken anything from 5-6 hours to a full day, Seems this is a common problem ? with the capacitors doming, so i have taken the board out and looked but they seem fine..........can someone take a look at the pics and help out on this ?

It might be a trick of the light but that black one in the middle of 562 looks like it might be "domed" but a cap does not necessarily have to be "domed" to be bad. Sometimes those furrin TVs ain't made from the best parts.
