Samsung problem...TXM2756 Can't Post

I have a 27" Samsung Model # TXM2756. The problem I have is that the TV will not turn on at all. No picture, no sound, no beep when the power button is pushed. The fuse is good. Not sure what else to try. Tried to take an Ohm meter from the fuse solder point to a bunch of the other solder points, checks fine.

Any help is greatly appreciated,
Thank you,
Pete

If the relay kicks in , it will most likely be the HOT transistor !

Am I able to take the Ohm meter to the transistor while it is on the board or do I need to unsolder it first? Also, how can I tell if the relay is kicking in?

relays click when switching on. and yes you need to unsolder the HOT transistor to measure it accurately.
