Sanyo DS31590	Can't Post

I've got a Sanyo 31" TV model # DS31590 that has had this problem for quite some time. Whenever it is turned off and then turned back on again it acts like it can't tune in. It takes a good 30 minutes for it to get a picture. Then, after it's got the picture, you can't go below a certain channel (sometimes) without the picture going out. For example, I can watch channel 57, but I can't watch channel 3. Anyone know what can be done? By the way, the TV works perfectly on RCA connections. It's not the cable because I have other TVs in the house that get perfect picture. Any help would be great!

Sanyo tuners have been known to fail.

I have had great results opening tuners and resoldering every coil I can find, the lacquer on the wires causes them to look soldered but be resistive. My fix rate is about 2 out of 3, so try before you buy.
