Sanyo DS31590	Can't Post

I'm working on a Sanyo DS31590 that loses audio at different times. I have checked the audio circuit for bad solder joints and cracked traces. When the audio goes out,I can turn the set off and then back on immediatly and sound returns. I don't have a schematic for this set. Just wondering if anyone has run into this problem before or might have an idea as to the cure. Thank's,Dan.

I have a GE 46GW948 that does the exact same thing, I cant figure it out.
