Sanyo model ds31590 Can't Post

Looking for help have sanyo with no picture found burned vertical output chip. Burn marks at pin 3 on LA7841 vert output. Replaced when turning on tv took out a 1 ohm resistor in the b+ comming from the flyback transformer. Any one with any thoughts Thanks Bill

SmileAfter,replacing IC output Vert,check for Zener diodes and rect-diode (Vert.VVc)near of Flyback transformer,one of these,are shorted!!!

Check your soldering. Ity is easy to form a solder bridge between the pins when working in such close quarters.
