Sanyo tv	Can't Post

I have a Sanyo model DP37649, when you turn the tv on there is no sound and the blue screen flashes every 10 seconds or so, if you turn it back off and then on, the tv turns off by itself, it will continue to do this until you unplug it and then the process starts all over, any ideas?

Sounds like the mainboard but without taking the back off and doing some testing thats my first guess.
