I have a RCA 60' Model # P60752EB and I am noticing that when the TV is first turned on it jumps for about 10 min, this happens on all inputs. I originally thought it was my satellite but it happens when using an input that is not hooked up to satellite. Once the jumping stops its fine but it can be very aggravating. Any help would be great!!
