I have gotten into the service program on the TV to fix a convergence problem but am having issues completing the task. I have the green grid pop up but i cannot switch colors. I do not have the original remote but rather an RCA universal. I've attached a picture of the grid. The sides of the picture are the most out. On the right the red is off and the left the blue is off. The center looks pretty good. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked convergence circuit,before to attend to repair it,by entering service menu,being in wrong results, becouse, most tv issues are solved outside service menu.

A common bad stk IC in convergence(power supply) is the culprit.. Pirate
