Sharp DV-3770H Can't Post

The TV must be 13-14 years old, and has been perfect until this morning.

There is a constant high-pitched whine - not from the speaker but from the TV itself, and the picture is distorted (vertical lines appear wavy) which gets significantly worse towards the left hand side.

I've given it a quick visual check for burnt out components, and I found a schematic on the web, but it's such poor quality that it's pretty much unreadable. :(

Any ideas?
Thanks

Found a bulging cap, which looks easy enough to change.

A google search for the model and the cap number from the board brings up a page describing the exact symptoms, so it looks like mystery solved. :)
