Sharp J27-S260	Can't Post

I recently aquired a used 27 in. Sharp 1997 tv. Cleaned it all out checked all connections, looks pretty good. But after it is on for about 15 minutes the picture goes blurry and there is a whistling buzzing sound. Turn it off for about 5 minutes and it's ok for another 15 minutes, any suggestions?

Resolder all joints on IC 501.

Thanks for the help, resoldered all joints on ic-501, same problem. Should I replace ic-501? Still looking for a schematic, any ideas? thanks.
