Smeary failure mode Can't Post

Hi all,

First time post, but I've got an odd one. Normally the TVs I fix are obviously power supply or main board failures. This one, I can't figure out if it's somehow the t-con or the FRC board.

Model is a Westinghouse WD55UB4530. It looks like from online these share a lot of internals from TCL or Vizio TVs.

Here's a video of the failure mode. The first "smear" is from just turning it on, the second one (where camera moves) is from hitting the menu button.

I've done visual inspection, verified voltages, checked for hot spots, done some tapping around and pressing on BGAs, nothing. So I'm guessing one of the boards has failed, or the panel somehow just failed.

User was using it like normal, went to some menu on it, and it then just did this. So it wasn't even triggered by an off/on cycle.

Any thoughts? And thank you!
