Sony 61XBR200 Fuzziness

I have a Sony 61XBR200 Projection TV. 8 months ago the TV stopped displaying color in full screen mode, but did display color in PIP or a split screen image. The technician fixed the problem by replacing a circuit board he said went bad ($500!!!). The TV went back to normal after that. The TV picture now has fuzziness surrounding light colored objects on the screen, i.e. a persons face, football helmets. This is very irritating! In split screen or PIP the image is normal as far as I can tell, but in full screen mode the picture gets distorted and fuzzy/blurry. This happens with DVD's and XBOX games as well. Any help would be appreciated. Do you think it is related to the previous repair for no color? Thanks.
