Sony Bravia KDL-46V3000...Help!

My Bravia screen, when powered on, turns from black to white going left to right, no sound, no other picture. I am told that the power supply is good. Do I need to replace the Signal board? the tuner Board? Both? Or can it be something else causing the problem? Thanks!
